Aiden Torres 9 Mth Checkup & Aiden Previous @AMCH
UPDATE: Mom reports that Aiden is 16 lbs 11 oz, 27 inches long. He has gained enough weight that he will get the feeding tube removed next Tuesday by his surgeon right at the clinic.
Aiden you are adorable! Congratulations to you and your wonderful family on this FANTASTIC NEWS, it certainly makes everyone's day!
Aiden was born on Thanksgiving 2009 with Gastroschesis (Intestines outside of his body). He remained in Albany Medical Center's Neonatal Intensive Care Unit since birth for a total of 140 days undergoing numerous surgical procedures, finally being released in May 2010.
Due to Aiden's condition, normal childhood ailments may cause him problems and he will continue to be monitored closely by doctors.
What a little Darling! God Bless him and his family. I have Aiden on my prayer list. John, thank you for what you do, and how many lives you've touched.
