Logan Siciliano was born on January 19, 2011 diagnosed with Marfan Syndrome (MFS)- a genetic disorder of connective tissue which holds all parts of the body together and helps control growth. MFS affects the heart, blood vessels, bones, joints, eyes, lungs and skin.

Logan was born with leaky heart valves and an enlarged aorta causing congestive heart failure. Logan underwent 2 open heart surgeries at Boston Children's Hospital- The first on September 1, 2011; The second on August 29, 2012 to repair 3 valves and replace part of his stretched aorta. Logan is also nearsighted and wears glasses.

ACCFCB's 2nd VP, Deputy Barbara McMullen of ACSO diagnosed with a rare, aggressive cancer will need help covering expenses involved in her extensive treatment.

Barb has been diagnosed with a rare, aggressive cancer- Peripheral T Cell Lymphoma (PTCL), a malignant cancer of the white blood T cells that can grow in any part of the body. T-cell Lymphoma is a rare disease in which T Lymphocyte cells become cancerous.

Barb is currently receiving chemotherapy at AMCH in conjunction with Boston's Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. After all chemotherapy treatments are completed she will be required to travel to Boston's Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and be hospitalized for 3 and a half weeks to undergo aggressive chemotherapy treatments and stem cell transplantation. This should occur at the end of December or beginning of January.

Barb, who has spent the better part of her adult life helping others, will need help covering expenses involved in her treatment, including travel, co-pays, medications and most importantly having her two sons, Justin and Brandon with her while undergoing treatment in Boston.
