T-Shirt Order Form To Support Connor
Connor was diagnosed at age 12 with Crohn's Disease & Osteoporosis. He underwent Bowel Resection Surgery, and had 3.5 feet of bowel removed. Connor was home-schooled due to his limited physical abilities and being severely underweight. He has limited mobility and is easily fatigued.
ACCFCB met Connor and his family in their home for the first time on Saturday, Dec 1, 2007. Connor was the recipient of ACCFCB's 'Courage Award' at our 4th annual 'Teed off for Tots' golf event held June 27, 2008 for his positive attitude while coping with this debilitating disease.
We encourage you to please support this effort on Connor's behalf.
