5-year-old Sa'fyre Terry, the only child to survive a ferocious house fire in Schenectady, NY during the early morning hours of May 2 that claimed the lives of three of her siblings and her father, remains hospitalized in critical condition with severe burns over 75% of her body.
Elizabeth Dolder, Sa'fyre's Aunt and Guardian has been traveling to Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla to visit her, and calls the hospital three times a day to check on her condition. She plans to return to the burn center often to be by Sa'fyre's bedside.
Elizabeth reported to us that "Sa'fyre is holding strong. The hospital burn team and doctors say she is amazing, Sa'fyre surviving is nothing short of a miracle.Thank you for your support, Liz"
